CONTRACT OR DIRECT HIRE:
CRTechnical also provides different ways to take the employee on. There
is what we call the ‘direct hire’
where your company would hire the
employee on as your own right away.
Your company may choose to hire them
on a contract basis where you can
try them out for a period and if
they work out you may take them on
direct. So as you can see, we take
care of all the necessary issues
when it comes to staffing.

STRENGTHS: Tom Wolden is the Founder and General Manager of CRTechnical. Mr. Wolden
was the former Senior Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer for
Strom Engineering Corporation. Tom
Wolden started out at Strom
Engineering in 1981 with ten years
of experience in engineering at
Cherne Industries. Mr. Wolden is an
experienced manager who is well
equipped with the knowledge and
experience in the art of leading and
motivating people. Tom moved up
through the ranks quickly at Strom,
becoming the Senior Vice President
in nine short years. Having
accomplished his goals at Strom, he
decided to pursue new endeavors and
established his own practice in
1994. Tom
Wolden is also a certified
staffing professional. We have a
back office support staff, which
takes care of our payroll and
accounting. We have a very focused
staff that is willing to go to great
lengths to fill your staffing needs.
As was said before, we provide many
services to employers. We provide
technical personnel such as IT
professionals, Engineers and other
Technical support depending upon
what is needed. We are very
knowledgeable in the technical
fields and have different ways in
which your firm can go about hiring
an individual, these being contract
and direct placement. When it comes
to experience, our company has over
twenty-five years in the staffing
